Advance Notice

 

Many items require 24-hours notice to insure availability of menu items, staffing and catering services. We do request a one-day notice whenever possible. Please see our “Same Day” menu for more information.

 

Minimum Order

 

$100.00 unless a larger minimum number of orders is indicated.

 

Delivery Charge

 

Is added to all orders depending on the total amount and travel distance. Events totaling less then $50.00 before delivery, will incur a $25.00 delivery fee to deliver.

 

Payments

 

Payment will be C.O.D. or Credit Card unless arrangements are previously made for Corporate Accounts. In addition to the prices shown on the menu, there is a Sales Tax added to all bills. All pricing is subject to change without notice. Stratos Catering will guarantee quoted pricing for 30 days. Payment in full is due on the date of the event.

 

Cancellations

 

Cancellations prior 48 Hours are without charge. There will be a 50% charge on cancellations within 24 Hours or less.

 

Full Service Set Up and Clean Up

 

We have FULL SERVICE SET UP AND CLEAN UP to enhance your meal at affordable prices. Stratos Catering Staff has to pick up any borrowed items. Items missing or damaged will be billed to the customer at full replacement cost.

 

Plastic plates, plastic utensils, paper napkins, runners and white fabric tablecloths for the buffet table are provided with full service set up and clean up. China, silverware and fabric tablecloths, napkins and skirting are available at a rental company prices.

 

We have servers, bartenders and on-site cooks upon request at $25.00-$35.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Stratos Catering does not have a liquor license. Therefore, any alcoholic beverages must be provided by you. Stratos Catering does not assume the responsibility for serving alcoholic beverages.
